I have had my website done by numerous companies over the years and none of them had a human element. They took my money designed something inspired 100% by them, used false information on the site etc. I thought that there were no good design and hosting companies out there and then Key Design Websites came along. They held my hand through the whole design process, gave me helpful content writing tips, educated me on how to market and advertise my website. They just CARED, from beginning to end. From the sales people to the designers and customer service, it was a great experience for an old dog like me. They even set up email addresses and taught me how to use them.
